Step 1: Registration on E-Channel

Step 3: Visa Stamping Process

In this third step, the Visa Stamping process occurs by following these three scenarios involving activation of your permit. This process is called a status change.

In-Country Process – It is the simplest option. Just give in your passport to the immigration department they will stamp and activate your employment visa. It usually takes around 3-5 days, and it charges around AED 750.

Out-Of-The-Country Process - If you are outside the UAE when your employment visa is issued. You can activate the visa at the airport. Once you reach, go to the immigration office and give them your employment visa. The immigration officer will stamp your visa.

Border Run Process – This process demands leaving the UAE by land, receiving an exit stamp, and then re-entering by handing over the printed employment visa to the immigration officer.
