  • Out-Of-The-Country Process - If you are outside the UAE when your employment visa is issued. You can activate the visa at the airport. Once you reach, go to the immigration office and give them your employment visa. The immigration officer will stamp your visa.

  • Border Run Process – This process demands leaving the UAE by land, receiving an exit stamp, and then re-entering by handing over the printed employment visa to the immigration officer.

This process only works for certain passport holders of certain countries that may or may not be eligible for visa-on-arrival travel to the UAE. Border runs are strictly advised against as it is not always guaranteed to work.

Step 4: Medical Fitness est and Emirates ID Registration or EID

In this fourth step, you have to take a medical fitness test involving a blood test for any infectious diseases, chest X-ray, etc.,.
